Clarkesworld...hmm, I forgot about that market.
It has been to SH, F&SF, and SCIFICTION. It's a story that may have a struggle finding its market, though it does have academics and (sort of) dragons.
Nothing yet from F&SF though that mail is going to the new house and I haven't been there for a couple of days.
